Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based microservices architecture on AWS cloud platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software development projects.
Ensure high-quality code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of complex issues related to J2EE technologies such as Hibernate and Spring Boot.
Develop technical roadmaps for multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs.

Job Requirements :

6-12 years of experience in leading a team of developers working on large-scale enterprise applications using Java-based technologies like Hibernate, Spring Boot, etc.
Strong understanding of AWS cloud platform services including containerization (e.g., ECS), serverless computing (e.g., Lambda), database management systems (e.g., RDS).
Experience with J2EE development frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring Boot; knowledge of RESTful APIs design principles.
