Detailed Job Description

As a Java Thunderhead Developer, you will contribute to end‑to‑end development of reporting and document output solutions using Thunderhead Suite, Jasper Reports, and related technologies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, enhance, and optimize output management modules integrated with enterprise applications. The role requires strong Java/J2EE development skills, hands‑on experience with XML‑based templates, and proficiency in working with databases such as DB2 or Oracle. Developers with additional exposure to reporting tools like Actuate or Crystal Reports will be highly valued.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain document output solutions using Thunderhead Suite or Jasper Reports
• Implement Java/J2EE components to integrate reporting workflows into enterprise systems
• Design XML, HTML, and JavaScript-based templates for document generation
• Collaborate with architects and business teams to understand output requirements
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancements on existing reporting systems
• Execute SQL queries and stored procedures on DB2 or Oracle databases
• Ensure performance optimization, reliability, and accuracy of generated reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of development experience
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Thunderhead Suite or Jasper Development
