JavaScript Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly capable JavaScript Software Engineer with a passion for building rich, responsive web and hybrid-mobile applications. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js to deliver fast, SEO-friendly, and mobile-first user interfaces.


Responsibilities



  • Design and build high-performance, responsive web applications using React and Next.js, utilizing features like SSR, SSG, and API routes

  • Implement pixel-perfect, mobile-first designs that adapt seamlessly across devices, with a specific focus on optimizing layouts, animations, and touch interactions for mobile viewports, including iOS/Android browsers

  • Manage complex client-side state and integrate applications with backend RESTful or GraphQL APIs

  • Profile and optimize applications for maximum loading speed, Core Web Vitals, and smooth rendering on lower-powered mobile devices

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable JavaScript/TypeScript code

  • Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to the shared UI component library

  • Translate interactive designs into clean, modular, and reusable front-end code

  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX designers, and product owners


Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience in modern web development with a strong focus on building user-facing features

  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React

  • Proficiency in the Next.js framework, including App Router or Pages Router and Server Components

  • Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks or methodologies such as Tailwind CSS, styled-components, and CSS Modules

  • Familiarity with client-side state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, and Context API

  • Experience in optimizing web apps for mobile browsers, PWAs, or integrating web views within hybrid mobile containers

  • Experience with Git and working in an Agile/Scrum development cycle

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
