Description
- 統籌 RBA、JAC、WCA 等 ESG／企業社會責任稽核之準備、執行協調及改善追蹤。
- 擔任客戶永續議題主要窗口，回應 ESG 問卷、評鑑、稽核及資料需求。
- 協調內部相關單位及全球據點，確保客戶 ESG 要求獲得及時且一致的回應。
- 追蹤客戶永續要求及產業趨勢，辨識潛在風險與改善機會。
- 建立及持續優化客戶 ESG engagement 與 audit management 機制。
- Coordinate preparation, execution, and corrective action follow-up for RBA, JAC, WCA, and other ESG/social responsibility audits.
- Serve as a key contact for customer sustainability engagement, including ESG questionnaires, assessments, audits, and information requests.
- Coordinate with relevant functions and global sites to ensure timely and consistent responses to customer ESG requirements.
- Monitor customer sustainability requirements and industry trends to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
- Establish and continuously improve customer ESG engagement and audit management mechanisms.
