About the Role

We are looking for a JD Edwards (JDE) Sales and Distribution (S&D) Consultant with functional expertise in implementation, rollouts, and upgrades of JD Edwards 9.1 or above. The candidate should have knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory, and Transportation processes. The role involves client workshops, functional documentation, testing, configuration, and collaboration with technical teams.

Job Description

The consultant will support JD Edwards S&D implementations, rollouts, and upgrades, working closely with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business requirements and develop functional solutions.

The role includes preparing functional specifications and test scripts, coordinating customizations with technical teams, performing functional testing, and supporting data migration, validation, configuration, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in JD Edwards S&D implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
• Conduct business solutioning workshops with client SMEs.
• Prepare functional specification documents based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and functional solutions.
• Create test scripts and conduct functional testing.
• Support P2P, O2C, Inventory, and Transportation business processes.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and system configuration.
• Provide training and support to end users.

Required Skills

• JD Edwards Sales and Distribution (S&D) functional expertise.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards 9.1 or above.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Knowledge of Inventory and Transportation modules.
• Experience with functional specifications, test scripts, and functional testing.
• Familiarity with data migration, validation, configuration, and end-user training.
• Client workshop facilitation and collaboration with technical teams.

Mandatory Skills

• JDE Sales and Distribution (S&D)

Preferred / Good to Have

• Oracle Certification in relevant JD Edwards technologies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have hands-on functional experience with JD Edwards S&D and exposure to implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects. They should be comfortable working with client SMEs, preparing functional documentation, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting testing and end-user training.
