JD06.應用工程師~技術經理/經理 (Application Engineer~Technical Manager/Manager)

1. Develop and execute double pulse test (DPT) and switching performance evaluations for SiC / HV GaN / MV GaN power devices
2. Characterize dynamic and static device parameters (e.g., Qg, Qoss, Cgd/Coss/Crss, Rds(on), body diode behavior)
3. Build loss models and perform efficiency analysis for various power converter topologies
4. Design and validate system-level application boards such as PFC, LLC, and HVDC DC/DC power stages
5. Conduct reliability and robustness testing, including HTRB, HTOL, and gate switching
6. Support customer design-in, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
7.Perform PCB layout reviews focusing on high-dv/dt / di/dt optimization, gate driver design, and parasitic control
8. Create application notes and evaluation reports
9. Collaborate closely with R&D, FAEs, and quality teams on failure analysis and product improvement
