JD11.FAE (Field Application Engineer) - GaN & SiC Power Devices

1. Provide end-to-end technical support for the company’s Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) power devices, including pre-sales consultation, product selection, solution design, on-site debugging and failure analysis.
2. Deeply follow up the Design-In and Design-Win processes of customer projects, provide remote and on-site technical support to help customers successfully integrate SiC/GaN devices into their products.
3. Develop and maintain GaN/SiC application reference designs and demonstration platforms, compose technical documents, application notes and training materials to deliver product and application training to customers and channel partners.
4. Collect and organize customer technical requirements, market feedback and competitor information, and form structured reports to support product iteration and new product definition.
5. Cooperate with the sales team to participate in technical solution reviews, technical seminars and exhibitions, provide technical support to help formulate market strategies and support order conversion.
6. Promote GaN/SiC technology to target customers, enhance customer awareness and adoption of third-generation semiconductor technology.
