Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, planning, budgeting, resource management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, quality assurance, SLA adherence, status reporting, timesheets, invoicing, and team mentoring. Healthcare/pharma experience, CSV compliance, automation, and process improvement are preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end JDE ERP project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource and financial management. Oversee implementation and support activities, ensure quality standards and SLA adherence, manage customer relationships, risks, escalations, timesheets, invoicing, and status reporting. Drive stakeholder communication, mentor team members, ensure CSV compliance where applicable, and identify automation opportunities and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction Skills Must-have skills need evidence in the CV projects and responsibilities, not just keywords.
