- Keep the jewelry display tidy and orderly in the store.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using the POS system.
- Address customer questions, issues, and returns politely and professionally.
- Stay informed about jewelry trends, styles, and industry updates to offer well-informed advice to customers.
