Key Responsibilities:

To create 3D models based on 2D drawings.
To be able to visualize, create and repair CAD files/data (.STL, .OBJ, .3DM).
To generate 3D models as per specifications given, either by scanning or by using company-provided 3D modelling software within the required deadline.
To generate 2D image renders for visualization based on 3D models.
To operate and conduct regular maintenance of our Rapid Prototyping Machine.
To liaise with suppliers on the purchasing of all necessary materials used for producing CAD models and other relevant 3D matters.
To keep proper stock records, manage the sufficient supply and usage of all 3D related consumables.
To keep a monthly maintenance logbook for the Rapid Prototyping Machine.
To perform post-processes and provide high QC for 3D printed jobs.
To maintain, update, and follow through 3D printing SOP to achieve the most optimal output and for the success of the 3D printing results.
To perform preventive maintenance on the Rapid Prototyping Machine as and when needed to keep the machine always in ‘tip-top’ condition.
