Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and support daily retail operations, including managing stock inventory and responding to customer enquiries, to ensure smooth store functioning and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and feedback to enhance customer experience
- Deliver high-quality customer service to meet customer needs and promote store reputation
- Manage daily stock inventory to ensure product availability and accurate stock records
- Assist with daily store operations to support efficient workflow and team collaboration
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completed minimum Secondary school education or higher
- Experience in retail or jewellery sales is an advantage
- Demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive working attitude
