Jewellery Sales Consultant

Responsibilities
- Sell and promote jewellery products to meet customer needs and sales targets
- Deliver high-class, professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain stock accuracy and availability
- Communicate effectively in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) to serve diverse customers
- Collaborate with team members to manage weekend shifts on a rotational roster
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven track record in jewellery sales to demonstrate relevant experience
- Strong selling and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close sales
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) to engage customers
