(2 to 5 years’ experience in gold jewellery trade)

Job Highlights

• - 10.30am to 8.30pm
• - 5.5 days week
• - Location (Hougang)

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer enquiries and feedback
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets and drive store performance
• Manage daily stock inventory and ensure accuracy
• Assist in daily retail operations
• Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff
• Handle customer complaints professionally

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary school & above
• 2–5 years of experience in gold jewellery trade experience
• Proven sales experience with strong closing and upselling skills
• Leadership experience in managing or guiding a team
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, and self-motivated
• Able to communicate in English and other language to clients from a multilingual environment
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
