機電工程師-Mechatronics Engineer / Autonomous Systems

At LungTeh, we are developing Unmanned Maritime Vehicles to safeguard and secure the waters of Taiwan. Our mission is fueled by a passion for creating innovative solutions that address maritime challenges and enhance operational safety.

As a Mechatronics Engineer, you will play a key role in researching, developing, and integrating solutions that meet clients' mission-critical needs. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to design systems that perform reliably in dynamic marine environments.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain electromechanical for autonomous vessels.
Integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems to enable real-time decision-making and navigation in marine environments.
Develop and maintain embedded control software for autonomous operations that meets reliability and safety requirements.
Work with customers to understand their mission requirements and lead the end-to-end process of surveying, sourcing, testing, and integrating solutions that align with their operational needs and performance expectations..
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
Develop and execute test plans in lab and field environments (dockside, sea trials) to validate designs under maritime conditions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely and on-site for deployed systems.

Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and real-time control algorithms.
Hands-on experience with sensor integration (e.g., GPS, IMU, sonar, LIDAR).
Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and control system software (MATLAB/Simulink).
Experience in C++ and Python
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness to travel and participate in field deployments and sea trials.
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English

與客戶合作了解其需求，並領導調查、採購、測試及解決方案整合的全流程，確保符合操作需求和性能期望。
與機械、電機及軟體工程師合作，確保系統無縫整合。
在實驗室和現場環境（碼頭測試、海上試航）制定並執行測試計畫，驗證設計符合海事條件。
為已部署的系統進行遠端和現場故障排除及維護。

要求：
學歷： 電機工程、機械工程或相關領域的學士或碩士學位，或同等經驗。
熟悉嵌入式系統、微控制器及即時控制演算法。
具備感測器整合經驗（如GPS、IMU、聲納、LIDAR）。
熟練使用CAD工具（如SolidWorks、AutoCAD）及控制系統軟體（MATLAB/Simulink）。
熟悉C++和Python程式設計。
優秀的問題解決能力，能在跨領域團隊中工作。
願意出差並參與現場部署及海上試航。
具備優秀的分析能力、中英文書面及口頭溝通能力。
