機構工程師 （Mechanical Design Engineer）

About the Role

Skyeuv is seeking a passionate and motivated Mechanical Engineer to develop next-generation automatic inspection systems for semiconductor manufacturing. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and integration of precision mechanical solutions, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to transform innovative concepts into high-performance inspection equipment.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of technologies, including precision mechanical design, prototyping, optical and vacuum system integration, automation, and metrology development.

Key Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of mechanics, materials science, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mechanical vibration.
• Experience in the design and integration of optical and vacuum systems.
• Hands-on experience in prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD mechanical design software.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with optical alignment techniques or vacuum technology is a plus.
• Passion for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate precision mechanical components for optical inspection and vacuum systems, including optical mounts, precision alignment mechanisms, vacuum chambers, vibration isolation structures, and automation modules.
• Evaluate and select suitable materials and components to optimize system performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including optical, software, automation, and process engineers, to ensure successful system integration and project execution.
• Develop prototypes, conduct testing and validation, and support engineering qualification activities.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing, assembly, and production by troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing design improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technology innovation, and patent development.
