【積極招募】真菌組田間工人 Field Laborer – Mycology

工作內容：

• 執行田間試驗的例行作業，包括播種、整地、覆蓋（覆蓋物鋪設）、疏苗、移植、除草、灌溉、植株支撐（立樁）、施肥、施用農藥、採收、安裝防蟲網籠 (Net Cage)、病害樣本採集等工作。
• 執行溫室及網室試驗的例行作業，包括準備土壤或栽培介質、消毒育苗盤／盆器／工作檯、播種、疏苗、澆水、假日輪值澆水(可補休)、施肥及施用農藥、植物病原菌人工接種、試驗後清理，以及對已接種的幼苗或果實進行消毒處理等工作。
• 執行本中心及主管交辦之其他相關事項。

所需條件：

• 學歷不拘；
• 從事植病、園藝或農業生產之相關經歷；
• 願意主動積極承擔工作，具良好人際溝通能力；
• 能獨立作業，並樂於傾聽且具團隊合作精神；
• 具駕駛執照者尤佳。

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine activities for the field experiments such as sowing, land preparation, mulching, thinning, transplanting, weeding, irrigation, staking, fertilizer and pesticide application, harvesting, install net cage and disease sample collection, etc.
• Conduct routine activities for the greenhouse and screenhouse experiments such as preparing soil or cultural media, sterilize trays/pots/benches, sowing, thinning, watering, fertilizer & pesticide application, artificial inoculation, post-experiment cleanup, and sterilize the inoculated seedlings/fruits, etc.
• Perform other duties and related tasks assigned by the Center and supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Education level: No specific educational requirement.
• Experience in plant pathology, horticulture, or agricultural production is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take responsibility, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while demonstrating strong listening skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
