【負責職務】

• 設計並維護網路安全合規服務的服務套件、定價模型和解決方案架構
• 建立並更新銷售賦能工具：服務概覽、需求發掘框架、價值主張、提案範本
• 在複雜和策略性交易中擔任技術權威——共同主導範圍界定、參與客戶電話、共同撰寫提案
• 與實驗室和營運團隊合作推動服務產品化：將臨時性諮詢轉化為可重複、可擴展的交付物
• 監測法規標準演進（ETSI、CRA實施細則、調和標準）並將變更轉化為服務影響評估
• 定期與團隊進行得標/失標審查，將洞察回饋至服務和定價改善
• 與客戶進行服務先導測試，在正式上線前驗證新方案
• 向領導層呈現服務組合審查：投資、維護、試驗或下線的決策
• 維護所有面客材料的技術準確性
• 端到端負責一個服務領域（如無線/射頻測試、網路安全/軟體測試、新法規服務）
• 遵守並執行 DEKRA及 Onward Security 行為準則，遵循所有實體與數位安全規範
• 執行主管交辦之其他事項

【Key Responsibilities】

• Design and maintain service packages, pricing models, and solution architectures for cybersecurity compliance services
• Create and update sales enablement tools: service overviews, discovery frameworks, value propositions, proposal templates
• Engage on complex and strategic deals as the technical authority — co-lead scoping, join client calls, co-author proposals
• Work with lab and operations teams to productize services: turn ad-hoc consulting into repeatable, scalable deliverables
• Monitor evolving regulatory standards (ETSI, CRA implementing acts, harmonized standards) and translate changes into service impact assessments
• Conduct regular win/loss reviews with the team and feed insights back into service and pricing improvements
• Run service pilots with clients to validate new offerings before formal launch
• Present service portfolio reviews to leadership: invest, maintain, pilot, or retire decisions
• Maintain technical accuracy of all client-facing materials
• Own a service domain end-to-end (e.g., wireless/RF testing, cybersecurity/software testing, new regulatory services)
• Perform and follow the DEKRA and Onward Security Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
• Perform other duties as directed
