1.Responsible for technical management and maintenance strategy planning for Wind Turbine Installation Vessels (WTIV).
負責風機安裝船（WTIV）之技術管理與維修策略規劃。

2.Supervise vessel maintenance, annual overhauls, dry-docking, equipment upgrades, and technical improvement projects.
督導船舶保養、歲修、塢修、設備升級與技術改善專案。

3.Oversee classification society requirements, statutory inspections, certificate renewals, and compliance matters.
監督船級社、法規檢驗、證書展延與合規事項。

4.Manage technical maintenance budgets, technical costs, and long-term maintenance planning.
管控技術維修預算、技術成本與長期維修計畫。

5.Coordinate technical matters with ship management companies, shipyards, and equipment suppliers.
統籌與船舶管理公司、船廠、設備商之技術協調。

6.Support operational and chartering projects with technical feasibility assessments.
支援營運與租船專案之技術可行性評估。

7.Establish and optimize vessel technical management systems and SOPs.
建立與優化船舶技術管理制度與 SOP。

8.Perform other tasks assigned by managers.
