技術支援暨服務工程師(電機/電力系統) TSS Engineer (Electrical Engineering/Electrical Systems)

1. 運維事業相關事務O&M Business related affairs：

(1)針對國際、國內離岸風電運維市場進行技術調查，即時更新及管理內部技術資料庫，並以市場洞察協助事業發展部門辨別潛在技術發展方向。
Conduct technical investigations into the international and domestic offshore wind O&M markets, continuously update and manage internal technical databases, and assist the Business Development Department in identifying potential directions for technical development based on market insights.
(2)參與國際介面事務，包括:與合作夥伴、開發商、供應商相關會議，並透過訓練課程，落實技術移轉，於工作結束後提供技術層面分析與反饋。
Participate in international affairs, including attending meetings with international partners, developers, and supply chain. Implement in technology transfer through training courses. Provide technical analysis and feedback after the completion of work.
(3)參與標案流程，包括：熟悉過往標案、準備標案所需資料，與供應商有互動介面，協助溝通及詢價等。
Participate in the tendering process, including familiarizing with past tenders, prepare the required tender documents, interfacing with suppliers, and assisting in communication and quotation inquiries.

2. 資訊、數據分析與應用Information, Data Analysis, and Application：
(1)蒐集台灣氣象站及浮標測站之海氣象數據，結合內部歷史資料，對未來運維工作進行各場域海氣象數據預測，分析波高與風速反映天氣窗數據，評估離岸工作可行性，以提供客戶合理報價。
Utilize internal historical data to forecast future offshore meteorological data for various sites, analyzing wave height and wind speed data. Assess the feasibility of offshore work and provide clients with reasonable weather window data.
(2) 管理海氣象觀測塔之觀測資料，整理歷年氣象資料至資料庫，建置自動化報表，改善資料傳遞過程，加以優化、除錯，並強化資料庫後端應用，包括製作成格式/圖表/簡報，定期整理並匯報數據概況與趨勢。
Manage data from the Met Mast, organize historical data into databases, establish automated reporting systems. Improve the data transmission processes, optimizing, debugging, and strengthening backend database applications such as formatting/charting, regularly summarizing and reporting data trends and overview.
