集團財務分析師 Financial Analyst

作為集團財會體系，此職缺目標如下：
［１］協助財務單位主管推展IPO，包括但不局限於以下事項（各類財務分析報表編製、跨國性集團帳務溝通協助、與律師＆會計師＆券商對於IPO推展之工作、與SEC或各國證券主管機關溝通或回覆之工作……等

［２］確保會計單位產出之資料符合台灣EAS / IFRS會計準則規範及美國GAAP會計準則規範。

工作內容:
◎Executing IPO-related financial and accounting preparatory tasks as assigned by executives.
執行公司 IPO（上市櫃）相關財會準備作業。

◎Formulating financial models and evaluations to drive the analysis, assessment, and execution of strategic initiatives.
各項財務評估及建立財務模組，以及策略性專案之分析、評估與執行。

◎Supporting cross-departmental budget planning, performance tracking, and cost analysis systems.
協助各部門預算規劃、成效追蹤及成本分析系統。

◎Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
具備高度協調溝通能力

◎Assisting in establishing and strengthening financial and accounting management systems, internal controls, and related administrative policies.
協助建立及健全財會管理制度與相關內控及管理辦法。

◎Reviewing annual report preparation and fundraising-related operations to ensure complete and accurate financial disclosures.
覆核年報編製及募資相關之作業與揭露，確保資訊完整、準確。

◎Experienced in drafting material inside information disclosures and managing XBRL filings.
具備重大訊息揭露之撰寫經驗及XBRL申報經驗。
