此職位為物流中心儲備幹部主管，負責統籌醫療器材倉儲營運、庫存管理及物流配送作業，確保倉儲空間規劃、庫存精準度、高單價精密設備管理符合公司與法規要求,並管理第三方物流服務商與配送效益,同時嚴格遵循衛福部醫療器材優良運銷準則(GDP)及品質管理系統(QMS)。

四、您將負責的工作內容
倉儲營運與庫存管理
規劃並管理醫療器材倉儲動線、儲位與溫濕度控管環境(包含衛福部醫材 GDP 倉儲規範)。
定期執行盤點(日盤、月盤、年盤),監控庫存呆滯率與批號管理,確保系統庫存與實物一致。
制定與監督精密醫療儀器進出庫、包裝保護、防震防潮之標準作業程序(SOP)。

物流配送與供應商管理
遴選、評估與管理第三方物流及貨運公司,進行服務品質監控、議價與合約簽署。
協調醫療院所、門市與客戶之配送時程,優化運輸路線與打包效率,確保準時送達率與配送安全。

團隊領導與營運優化
合理分配團隊工作任務,進行團隊績效評核、專業技能培訓與職安衛教育。
推動物流自動化與數據化分析,持續降低營運成本。

About the Job
This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution for medical device products. The role ensures warehouse layout planning, inventory accuracy, and proper handling of high-value precision equipment, while managing third-party logistics providers and delivery performance, and maintaining strict compliance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare's (MOHW) Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements for medical devices.

As the company's medical device business continues to grow, the complexity of warehousing and logistics operations — along with regulatory requirements — has increased significantly. We need an experienced Logistics Manager to lead warehouse operations, supplier management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring logistics processes remain stable, safe, and compliant, while driving process optimization and digital transformation to continuously improve efficiency and reduce costs.

How You'll Find Success
You are experienced in medical device warehouse management, balancing space planning, inventory accuracy, and protection of precision equipment.
You have strong supplier management and negotiation skills, able to effectively manage third-party logistics providers and optimize delivery performance.
You are familiar with medical device GDP and QMS regulations, with a strong sense of quality awareness and regulatory compliance.
You have team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to drive process digitalization and automation.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify bottlenecks through data and respond quickly to unexpected situations.
Things You Will Do

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
Plan and manage warehouse layout, storage locations, and temperature/humidity-controlled environments for medical devices (including MOHW medical device GDP warehousing requirements).
Conduct regular inventory counts (daily, monthly, annual), monitor slow-moving inventory rates and lot number management, and ensure system records match physical inventory.
Establish and oversee SOPs for the receiving, storage, packaging protection, and shock/moisture protection of high-value precision medical instruments.

Logistics & Supplier Management
Select, evaluate, and manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight carriers; monitor service level agreements (SLAs), negotiate terms, and manage contracts.
Coordinate delivery schedules with hospitals, clinics, retail locations, and customers; optimize transportation routes and packing efficiency to ensure on-time delivery and shipment safety.

Team Leadership & Operational Optimization
Allocate team responsibilities effectively; conduct performance evaluations, skills training, and occupational health and safety education.
Optimize WMS and ERP system workflows, drive logistics automation and data-driven analysis, and continuously reduce operating costs.
Work closely with sales, customer service, repair/engineering, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate accounts receivable/payable reconciliation.
