We are looking for a F&B leader who can handle everything from strategy to implementation, guiding the group's hotel and catering business towards large-scale, branded, and highly profitable growth.

【Your Mission】
You will lead the upgrade of the group's catering business, moving from individual operations to a holistic strategic layout, making catering a key engine for the group's revenue and brand growth.

【Core Responsibilities】
Develop the group's overall F&B development blueprint (brand, positioning, product strategy).

Coordinate the integrated catering operations of all hotels (Yamagata-kaku, Uketamo, Xizhi Forte, Changhua Forte, Forte GreenBay).

Create a three-in-one revenue model of "banquets + catering + events".
Establish a replicable catering operation model (standardization + scalability).
Develop high-margin catering products and distinctive catering brands.
Strengthen the banquet business (weddings, corporate events, conferences).
Promote cross-venue resource integration to create synergies and amplify revenue.
Optimize cost structure and improve overall profitability.

打造「宴會 + 餐飲 + 活動」三位一體營收模式。
建立可複製的餐飲營運模型（標準化＋規模化）。
發展高毛利餐飲產品與特色餐飲品牌。
強化宴會業務（婚宴、企業活動、會議市場）。
推動跨館資源整合，創造綜效與營收放大。
優化成本結構，提升整體獲利能力。
