1、Provide customers with a satisfactory after-sales service system for home appliance repairs (including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, and small appliances).

2、Coordinate with customers’ schedules to perform on-site maintenance and repair services.

3、Analyze product malfunctions and establish a related database.

4、Promote and achieve sales performance through replacement of outdated home appliances.

5、Provide customers with detailed information and quotations for both repair services and replacement appliance sales.
