職務說明:
1.廚房人員管理,教育訓練及設備維護
2.熟悉中式宴會及套餐料理製作
3.菜單設計規劃,研發及品質控管.
4.節慶特殊菜色規劃及特殊活動配合
5.管理及確保廚房衛生及人員符合台灣HACCP及集團BSA之衛生規範
6.食材成本控管及顧客餐點滿意度管理
7.具星級飯店經驗.
8.本店供宿舍、員工餐。
