• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality, as well as cost efficiency.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and drive for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and implement equipment/tools/fixtures/automation to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Design and improve production layout.
• Estimate and improve standard manufacturing processing time for production planning and cost estimation.
• Ensure project/department milestones/goals are met.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
