工作內容 / THE ROLE

我們正在尋找一位細心、主動的兼職船務專員，負責協調工廠出貨準備、訂艙、出貨文件及物流進度。您將與中國工廠、貨代及內部團隊密切合作，從出貨準備到貨物出運全程掌握進度，確保貨物、文件及相關資訊正確完整，並及早發現及處理問題。
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Part-Time Logistics Coordinator to coordinate factory shipment preparation, freight bookings, shipping documentation, and shipment tracking. You’ll work closely with China factories, freight forwarders, and internal teams to manage shipments from factory readiness through dispatch, ensuring goods, documents, and shipment information are accurate and issues are addressed early.

主要職責 / WHAT YOU’LL DO

工廠與出貨準備 / Factory & Shipment Preparation

• 與中國工廠確認生產完成狀況、包裝進度、箱數、尺寸、重量及可出貨日期。
• 確認包裝、標示、棧板及外箱標記等符合客戶及出貨需求。
• 出貨前確認相關資料與實際貨物一致，並主動追蹤及處理出貨準備問題。
• Coordinate with China factories to confirm production completion, packing status, carton quantity, dimensions, weight, and ready dates.
• Confirm packaging, labeling, palletization, carton markings, and other shipment requirements before pickup.
• Ensure shipment information is consistent with the actual goods and proactively follow up on preparation issues before shipment.

訂艙與貨代協調 / Freight Booking & Forwarder Coordination

• 依需求安排海運、空運、快遞或其他運輸方式，並與工廠及貨代協調訂艙、提貨、入倉及出貨安排。
• 必要時詢價及比較運費。
• 追蹤訂艙確認、截關時間、ETD/ETA 及出貨進度，並主動反映延誤或異常。
• Arrange sea, air, courier, or other transportation and coordinate bookings, pickup, warehouse delivery, and shipment schedules with factories and freight forwarders.
• Request and compare freight quotations when needed.
• Follow up on booking confirmations, cut-off dates, ETD/ETA, and shipment status, and proactively flag delays or issues.

出貨文件 / Shipping Documentation

• 準備及整理出貨所需文件，包括 Commercial Invoice、Packing List、Shipping Instructions (SI)、VGM、Bill of Lading 及其他相關文件。
• 核對出貨資料及文件，發現缺漏或錯誤時，主動與工廠或貨代確認並完成修正。
• 依需要配合貨代及報關行處理出口及報關相關文件。
• Prepare and coordinate shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Instructions (SI), VGM, Bills of Lading, and other required documents.
• Review shipment information for accuracy and follow up with factories or forwarders on missing or incorrect documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers on export and customs-related documentation as needed.

出貨紀錄與費用核對 / Shipment Records & Invoice Verification

• 維護出貨紀錄及相關文件，並追蹤出貨時程及物流資訊。
• 核對貨代帳單及相關費用，整理請款資料並交由財務處理。
• Maintain organized shipment records, documentation, schedules, and shipment information.
• Verify freight charges and prepare payment-request documentation for Finance.

內部協作 / Internal Coordination

• 與 Account Management、Project Management、Purchasing、Finance 及其他內部團隊合作，確認及協調出貨需求。
• 確保出貨需求及進度清楚傳達給工廠、貨代及相關內部團隊。
• Work with Account Management, Project Management, Purchasing, Finance, and other internal teams to coordinate shipment requirements.
• Ensure shipping requirements and updates are clearly communicated to factories, freight forwarders, and relevant internal teams.
