• 薪資待遇：月薪新台幣 20,000元 起（依經驗而定，每帶領一堂親子課程另計授課加給）
• 工作時間：每週20小時（具彈性，可面議）
• 工作地點：信義安和捷運站（紅線）3號出口步行5分鐘

主要職責：

• 為 1.5–3 歲幼兒設計並主導互動性高的親子共學課程，獨立撰寫教案與準備教具
• 親自帶領親子課程，全程以英文授課，營造安全、溫馨且充滿活力的課堂氛圍
• 與家長建立信任關係，溫暖且專業地提供課程回饋與日常教養建議
• 維持教室整潔、安全與良好的學習環境

資格條件：

• 熱愛幼兒教育，對 1.5–3 歲孩子具備極高耐心、觀察力與同理心
• 能將基督信仰價值融入教學
• 邏輯清晰，能獨立以英文設計規劃教案，並將教學理念轉化為有趣的課堂實踐
• 具備良好的親師溝通能力，能有效引導家長參與課堂
• 穩定度高，能配合工作時間且具備高度責任感
• 幼兒教育、心理、兒童發展或相關科系畢業 尤佳
• 具備親子課程、幼小銜接、共學團體或相關機構 1 年以上經驗者 尤佳
• 英語流利（母語或TOEIC 750以上）尤佳

We are seeking a passionate and highly adaptable curriculum designer and instructor! This is a dynamic full time role.
In the mornings, you will design and lead inspiring parent-child co-learning courses for toddlers aged 1.5–3. During afternoons or non-teaching hours, you will serve as a co-teacher for our playgroup, ensuring the smooth progression of regular classes.
You will support children as they grow in a nurturing, Christ-centered environment filled with love.

• Salary: NT$20,000 (based on experience, an additional teaching allowance is provided for each parent-child class conducted)
• Working Hours: 20 hours per week (Flexible; negotiable)
• Location: 5-minute walk from MRT Xinyi Anhe Station (Red Line) Exit 3

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead highly interactive parent-child co-learning courses for ages 1.5–3, independently write lesson plans and prepare teaching materials
• Lead parent-child classes fully in English, creating a safe, warm, and energetic classroom environment
• Build trust with parents, providing professional and warm feedback on classes and daily child rearing advice
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment

Requirements:

• Deep passion for early childhood education with exceptional patience, observation skills, and empathy for toddlers
• Ability to integrate Christian values and principles into teaching activities
• A clear, logical thinker capable of independently designing lesson plans in English and translating educational concepts into engaging classroom practices
• Excellent communication skills to effectively guide and engage parents in the classroom
• Highly reliable and committed to the schedule with a strong sense of responsibility

-[It's a plus] 1+ years of experience in parent-child classes, kindergarten transition, co-learning groups, or related institutions
