我們正在尋找具經驗的建築設計師／專案經理，負責帶領設計發展並推動專案從概念到執行的完整流程。
We are looking for an experienced architect / project manager to lead design development and manage projects from concept to execution in a collaborative studio environment.

【工作內容 Responsibilities】

• 主導建築設計發展與專案管理

Lead design development and manage project execution

• 建築設計圖說繪製與整合

Produce and coordinate architectural drawings and design documentation

• 與業主、顧問及內部團隊進行設計與技術溝通

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• 協助施工圖說檢討與現場問題回覆

Support construction drawing review and site coordination

• 參與設計研究、提案及國際競圖

Engage in design research, proposals, and international competitions

【條件需求 Requirements】

• 3–5年以上建築師事務所相關經驗

3–5 years of experience in architectural practice (preferred)

• 熟悉建築設計流程、圖說繪製與設計發展

Strong understanding of architectural design development and documentation

• 具都審或執照圖說經驗尤佳（台北經驗優先）

Experience in urban design review or permit drawings (Taipei experience a plus)

• 熟悉建築法規與相關流程

Knowledge of building regulations and approval processes

• 能獨立作業並具備專案管理能力

Able to work independently and manage projects

• 具良好溝通能力與團隊協作能力

Strong communication and collaboration skills
