2、参与治理反馈体系建设，通过工程化、数据化的系统手段，持续性洞察业务问题；
3、推动大模型在问题分析、反馈体系建设的广泛应用；
4、将典型案例与解决路径沉淀为标准化方案与最佳实践，支持规模化复制与团队赋能。
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上业务架构或者To B解决方案工作经验；
2、具有电商行业的相关业务知识，有独立自主解决复杂电商问题经验优先；
3、具备Agent研发、数据分析能力；
4、具备良好的沟通表达能力，优秀的逻辑思维能力；
5、具有电商治理业务经验、策略问题解决经验优先。
