1. 資金作業支援：每日資金部位彙整、現金流量預測資料之更新與維護、銀行往來文件管理
2. 跨境付款與外幣匯款之文件準備及作業支援
3. 海外投資部位之交割文件與對帳支援
4. 海外子公司（新加坡、越南）財務作業支援，與當地會計師及服務機構對接
5. 股務作業協助：股東會籌備與現場支援、股利發放與股權統計資料之核對、內部人持股申報資料彙整及法定期限追蹤
6. 協助年度預算與滾動式預測編製，及主管交辦專案

【歡迎”在台”之外籍人士投遞，必要條件如下】
1. 大學以上財務、會計或商管相關科系畢業；學士學歷者須具二年以上相關工作經驗，碩士以上不在此限（符合外國專業人員聘僱資格）
2. 英文流利
3. 具基礎中文口語溝通能力；能閱讀中文財務文件者尤佳
3. 熟練 Excel具數字彙整與核對能力
4. 細心、具高度保密意識，能適應快節奏與臨時性專案

1. Support daily cash management: update daily cash positions and cash flow forecasts; keep bank documents in order
2. Prepare documents for international payments and foreign currency transfers, and help process them
3. Help with documents and record checking for the company's overseas investments
4. Support the finance work of our overseas subsidiaries (Singapore and Vietnam); work with local accountants and service firms
5. Help with shareholder services: prepare and support the annual shareholders' meeting; check dividend payment and shareholding data; collect data for insiders' share reports and track legal deadlines
6. Help prepare the annual budget and rolling forecasts; support other projects as needed

【Requirements for Foreign Nationals Residing in Taiwan】
1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or business. With a bachelor's degree, you need at least 2 years of related work experience; with a master's degree, no work experience is required. (This follows Taiwan's work permit rules for foreign professionals.)
2. Fluent English.
3. Basic spoken Chinese required; being able to read Chinese financial documents is a big plus
3. Good Excel skills; careful and accurate with numbers.
4. Detail-oriented, able to keep company information confidential, and comfortable with a fast pace and sudden projects.
