About the Role

We’re looking for a caring, organized Producer to help keep our app’s development on track and support a healthy, collaborative team. You’ll create clarity, maintain momentum, and help build an environment where people can do their best work. A lot of your focus will be on coordinating with external partners such as journalists & external QA’s. Making sure that we get the content we need.

What You’ll Do

• Coach the team toward high performance through listening and thoughtful guidance. Maintain a psychologically safe team environment where issues can be raised openly.
• Coordinate with external partners such as journalists, audio teams, QA, localization, and other consultants.
• Give the team clear direction, purpose, and visibility on priorities and timelines.
• Set up flexible, effective production processes that help everyone stay aligned.
• Facilitate morning meetings, planning, retros, and other workshops needed by the team.
• Manage schedules, backlogs, milestones, and production materials.
• Identify and mitigate production risks together with the team. Then communicate these to the company leadership team regularly
• Lead the development of new features together with our Game designer & UI artists

What You Bring

• Experience as a Producer or Associate Producer in game or app development.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with common software used in app development e.g. Miro, Google Sheets, Confluence, Slack etc.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors.
• A proactive mindset and genuine care for team health and process clarity.

How We Work

This role is based in Stockholm, where you'll be part of a small, autonomous team working closely with colleagues in both Helsinki and Stockholm. We work in a hybrid setup - a mix of remote and regular in-person collaboration. We value flexibility, but also believe great things happen when we spend time together. We’re not able to support relocation at this stage, so the role requires you to already be based locally.
