Overview:
We are looking for a capable and organized Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across various initiatives. This role requires someone who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed within scope and budget. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans, status reports, change requests, and post-project evaluations.
- Lead regular project meetings, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards and comply with client or organizational requirements.
- Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to project workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Experience managing projects in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master) is an advantage but not required.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
