JO-202532: SEO Specialist
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a mid-levelSEO Specialistto support our digital marketing efforts by improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing overall search performance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, technical SEO, and performance analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensivekeyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments toidentifyopportunities for organic growth.
- Implementon-page SEO best practices, including content optimization, internal linking, and metadata enhancements.
- Manageoff-page SEO activitiessuch as link-building, outreach, andidentifyinghigh-quality backlink opportunities.
- Performtechnical SEO auditsand collaborate with developers to resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, indexing, and site structure.
- Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush,Ahrefs, and other platforms.
- Optimizeexisting content and support the development team and content team in creating SEO-friendly assets.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices tomaintaincompetitive search performance.
- Identifyareas for improvement and recommend initiatives to enhance rankings, traffic, and user engagement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house digital marketing environment.
- Solid understanding ofon-page, off-page, and technical SEOprinciples.
- Experience using key SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console,Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush).
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify,Webflow).
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communicationskills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fully remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but notrequired.
