Summary
Build and maintain responsive websites and internal tools using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, while providing IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, and SharePoint management.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a skilled and versatileWeb Developer and IT Specialistto join our team. This role combines website development and technical support responsibilities to ensure the functionality, security, and efficiency of both our web platforms and internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will havea strong foundationin web development, along with hands-on experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, network maintenance, and user support within a BPO setting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Web Development & Maintenance
- Design, build, andmaintainresponsive websites, internal portals, and custom applications.
- Write clean, scalable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Implement APIs, third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, payment gateways), and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and marketing teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
2. Internal Tools & Automation
- Develop tools and dashboards for HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Automate business workflows using platforms like Power Automate or Zoho Flow.
- Ensure tool integration across teams to support operational efficiency.
3. IT Support & Systems Administration
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Monitor systems and dashboards; resolve incidents promptly.
4. Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Management
- Administer Microsoft 365 users, licenses, Teams channels, and permissions.
- Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
- Enforce security measures like MFA and DLP;optimizedocument structures for compliance.
5. Security & Compliance
- Implement data protection policies and manage system backups.
- Conduct audits and access reviews tomaintaincompliance.
- Ensure IT infrastructure adheres to privacy and security standards.
6. User Access & Domain Management
- Manage access rights for onboarding/offboarding and role changes.
- Administer domains and DNS records using platforms likeHostingerand GoDaddy.
- Configure SSL,monitorexpirationdates, and resolve hosting issues.
7. Training & Documentation
- Educate employees on secure system usage and best practices.
- Develop manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation for internal tools and systems.
8. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Partner with HR, Operations, and Management on digital transformation projects.
- Support IT needs across departments with tailored web and system solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor'sin IT, Computer Science, or relatedfield.
- 2–5 years in a combined Web Dev/IT role, ideally in a BPO or IT-enabled environment.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL; working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SMTP.
- Experienced in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, domain/DNS/SSL management, and basic networking.
- Familiarwith Zoho apps (People, Recruit, Creator, CRM), automation scripting, and Power Automate.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
Preferred Certifications (Not Required):
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Zoho Creator/Zoho platform certifications
- Web development bootcamps or equivalent credentials
