[Job - 30296] Senior Python+Java Developer, Brazil

As a Senior/Master developer, you will play a pivotal role in one of the world’s most recognized financial services institutions. You will support the modernization and digital transformation of the client’s product portfolio, accelerating delivery through the introduction of AI‑assisted engineering capabilities across the Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and implement software solutions in Python and Java.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and deliver new features and products.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
• Actively participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of produced code.
• Document processes and results, contributing to knowledge maintenance within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Python development (minimum 3 years) with frameworks such as Django, Flask or FastAPI.
• Proven experience in Java development (minimum 1 year) with microservices, containerization, APIs, Swagger, and IAM integrations such as OAuth, OpenID and SAML.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non‑relational databases (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git).
• Ability to write automated tests and experience with TDD/BDD.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with third‑party services.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to solve complex problems and work independently.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Languages

• Advanced proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or LangChain.
• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (JavaScript, Go, etc.).
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
