Salesforce Solution Architect (Client Facing)
We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect (Client Facing) to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, bridging business strategy and technology. In this role, you will engage with business and technology stakeholders—including C-level executives—to design scalable Salesforce solutions, support digital transformation initiatives, and drive business growth.
You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and delivery teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle, combining strong Salesforce architecture expertise with consulting and pre-sales capabilities. All communication is conducted in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture discussions with clients.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution proposals, estimates, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams and ensure Salesforce best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Consulting and pre-sales experience, including executive-level presentations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA).
- Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Einstein AI.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience working with global enterprise clients.
