Summary
Lead the development of high-performance native iOS apps using Swift, MVVM, and Clean Architecture while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
We are seeking an iOS Tech Lead to support a major American investment client. You will work from our Campinas office daily, collaborating closely with an international team in an English-speaking environment.

What you'll do
- Build high-performance native iOS applications while refining our architectural standards and coding practices.
- Guide and onboard new team members, create technical training programs, and offer ongoing support to the iOS department.
- Collaborate with UX designers, Android, Web, and Back End developers, and QA teams to deploy new features.
- Align project goals with Project Managers and Team Leads while maintaining your own technical proficiency.
Requirements
- Proven background as an iOS Developer or in a comparable technical position.
- Extensive proficiency in Swift.
- Familiarity with software architecture patterns including REST, MVVM, and Clean.
- Practical application of Protocol Oriented Programming and SOLID principles.
- Experience with animations, notifications, and Swift Async.
- Background in continuous integration workflows.
- Strong command of SCM and Git version control.
- Ability to write unit and integration tests using XCTest and XCUITest.
- Experience with Combine and Swift Concurrency libraries.
- Advanced written and verbal English proficiency.
