At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer Mid-Level to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview
As a Java Developer Pl, you will play a key role in developing robust and high-performance backend solutions for a global B2B data integration platform. Your contributions will ensure data quality and integrity, ultimately driving success for our clients and application users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Support technical leadership within the team by providing insights and guidance.
- Participate in agile development practices, contributing actively to team discussions and ceremonies.
- Act as a client partner, understanding their objectives and proposing effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, fostering a positive environment of constructive feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must-have Skills:
- Proficiency in backend development using Java 17 and Spring Boot
- Experience with MongoDB
- Familiarity with Python
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ
- Understanding of agile development practices
- Resilience and adaptability in challenging contexts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Intermediate English for conversation, writing, and reading
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Knowledge of AI practices for software development
- Experience with Cloud Azure
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Experience with New Relic
- Experience with automated testing
