At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Brasil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will lead the agile transformation within your team, ensuring best practices in Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you will drive solutions that enhance productivity and deliver high-value results aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and drive alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Coach team members on agile principles and practices.
• Report on team metrics to measure productivity and quality.
• Support the development of team members through effective delegation and mentorship.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

• Use of data and metrics to ensure delivery value.
• Use AI and CI&T Flow in daily activities.
• Knowledge of upstream and downstream flows.
• Project management methodologies.
• Experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience with discovery processes.
• Strong communication skills to work closely with the client.
• Excellent interpersonal communication.
• Autonomy in problem-solving.
• Experience with agile processes and idea organization.
• Experience with requirements gathering and supporting user story writing.
• Experience in change management, risk management, time management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of data is desirable, as the team works with Data Intelligence, Metrics, and Processes.
• Proficiency in agile tools and metrics reporting.
• Familiarity with project management software.
