Summary
Onsite roles at a retail development company: cleaning, maintenance, and porter duties with hourly pay and benefits.
We are now considering applicants to join us in September 2026 for the following positions:
- Custodian
- Porter
- Maintenance Technician
All opportunities are full-time positions, starting at $17/hr and include an annual performance bonus of 6.25%. Free parking is available to all employees.

Starting in 2027, you will also be awarded with 15 days of paid time off to be used throughout the year.
