RESPONSABILIDADES Y TAREAS

• Evaluar roles y estructuras organizacionales en todas las zonas de ABI.

• Colaborar con Business Partners y equipos de Rewards a nivel global.

• Ser referente en el proceso de Job Grading y diseño de estructuras.

• Gestionar y desarrollar información, KPIs y reportes relacionados.

REQUISITOS Y COMPETENCIAS

• Estar cursando una carrera universitaria (Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o afines).

• Al menos 1 año de experiencia en procesos de Rewards o en análisis de estructuras organizacionales y roles.

• Inglés avanzado.

• Excel avanzado.

• Conocimientos de Power BI (deseable).

• Competencias clave: curiosidad, ambición, resiliencia, toma de decisiones basada en datos, mentalidad centrada en las personas, ownership y trabajo en equipo.
