We're looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join one of the most recognised telecom brands in the Netherlands, with offices in Málaga and Alicante. You'll support customers with mobile, internet, and TV-related questions with a team of Dutch-speaking colleagues around you from day one.

I'm Cathrine, and I relocated to Spain 7 years ago, and now I help others do the same. Hit me up, and I'll guide you through the whole process, from your first interview to your first day.

WHO ARE YOU?

A fluent Dutch speaker (C2) with a decent English level (B1), comfortable on the phone or in a chat window, and genuinely good at helping people. No experience needed.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Salary based on your chosen hours — 25, 30, 32, 34, 36 or 39h/week

Already living in the Málaga or Alicante area? You qualify for a €1,500 Local Joining Bonus after 6 months!

Relocation support still available: paid flight + 3 months of free accommodation if you're moving from abroad

4 weeks of fully paid training — no experience needed
