Role: Apple MacBook Support Engineer

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Skill Focus: Jamf Pro Expert

Experience Level: Very good handson experience (Enterprise-grade preferred)

Key Expectations:

Deep knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Apple device troubleshooting

Strong expertise in Jamf Pro (Policies, Profiles, Smart Groups, Composer, EA, API)

Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and zero-touch deployment

Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and device lifecycle management

Excellent communication and end users-handling skills
