• Strong hands-on experience in CANoe and CAPL scripting.
• Extensive experience as a tester in the automotive domain.
• Deep, authoritative knowledge of CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and SOME/IP.
• Modern Workflows: Strong practical experience with Git, version control workflows, and configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Master-level proficiency with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer) and hardware automation (VT System).
• Proven experience in test automation.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience in creating and managing test plans.
• Knowledge of MISRA guidelines.
• Experience with HIL systems (e.g., dSPACE).
• Exposure to simulation environments.
• Deep Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Perform advanced log analysis. Utilize specialized network tapping and extraction tools to pinpoint complex failures, identify root causes, and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
• Technical Leadership: Act as the domain expert for automotive communications. Support the broader engineering team in building robust, fault-tolerant system architectures.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Foster an open, collaborative environment.
• Actively listen to team ideas, clearly articulate complex technical concepts, and make sound, data-driven engineering decisions.
