Job Site Supervisor for Painting Crew

Responsibilities:
- Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects
- Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and our company staff
- Lead a crew of painters
- Ensure that the entire painting crew is properly attired, and the CertaPro® Brand is represented on the jobsite as require
- Ensure the painting crew acts in a professional manner
- Communicates with the customer, office and others in the business as required in a timely manner
- Ensure that the Certainty Service System® is being utilized through the production process
Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role in a painting company
- Experience in the planning of a painting project or other relevant projects to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget
- Experience coaching a crew
- Knowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors, and supervisors
- Ability to independently solve problems
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of painting experience verifiable through references
