Johor Based - Sales Admin Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales administration documents (SPA, loan documentation, billings), ensuring processes meet internal policies and requirements for credit control, sub-sale, refinancing, utilities, vacant possession and title transfer.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date purchaser information and collections in the property system, with proper filing and documentation in line with company SOPs.
- Coordinate with sales teams, buyers, solicitors, financiers and internal departments to ensure timely execution of SPA and loan agreements.
- Oversee signing of SPA and loan documents, issuance of undertakings to financiers, and day-to-day credit and administration correspondence.
- Ensure correct procedures and timely processing for SPA execution, reminders and billings, including reviewing financier paperwork and conveyancing-related documentation.
- Monitor progressive billings, send reminders and termination notices according to SPA terms, and ensure timely billing, collection and proper handling of loan documentation.
- Manage applications and renewals of developers’ licences, advertising permits and other required approvals to support marketing and sales activities, including EF submissions, APDL and pricing updates.
- Assist with project launches and other related promotional or sales events when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales administration, credit administration, conveyancing or similar functions, preferably within a property development environment.
- Familiar with sales administration processes and property systems (e.g. IFCA) and proficient in MS Office applications.
