Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in banking or fintech IT
Experience working in regulated environments
Strong understanding of banking processes and financial systems
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, international teams
Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
Experience with tier-1 European banks
Knowledge of EBA, ECB, or local regulatory frameworks
Agile / SAFe exposure
Relevant certifications (Risk, Banking Systems, PMP, etc.)
