Key Requirements

• Experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, or a similar role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders

• Ability to plan, manage, and follow up on project tasks and deliverables

• Solution-oriented and goal-focused mindset

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment

• Professional proficiency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience in migration or transformation projects

• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools

• Experience in international organizations

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other project management methodologies

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
