The Mission
D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for everyone from Scholastic athletes (ages 7-18) to Adults and Pro Teams. Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their goals efficiently and consistently by providing the best training environment in the world.
Your Impact (Job Summary & Responsibilities)
As a D1 Coach, you aren't just following a template; you are a specialist who adapts and customizes programs to the athlete in front of you.

Lead the Floor: Coach high-energy group workouts, personal training sessions, and team-specific camps.

Drive Results: Maximize athlete success through best-in-class coaching, nutrition guidance, and accountability.

Build Relationships: Take a personal stake in your athletes’ lives—monitoring progress and maintaining the contact that drives long-term retention.

Safety First: Protect our athletes by teaching proper form and reducing injury risk through movement mastery.
What You Bring to the Turf (Qualifications)

Passion & Expertise: You have high energy, strong character, and a "customer-first" mentality.

The Credentials: You hold a valid NCCA-accredited certification and are AED/CPR/First Aid certified.

The Experience: You have at least 1 year of strength and conditioning experience (Group, Team, or Personal Training).

A Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred.
