At Prime Executive Office, we believe the Executive Office is one of the most important functions in an organization. We partner with CEOs, founders, executives, family offices, and institutions to recruit exceptional Chiefs of Staff, Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Executive Business Partners, and other strategic executive office leaders.

As our search practice continues to grow, we're building a network of independent recruiting partners who can help us identify outstanding candidates across the United States.

This is a contract opportunity with flexible hours and project-based engagements.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in connecting with professionals who fall into one (or both) of these categories:

Executive Office Recruiters

You have experience sourcing, engaging, and assessing exceptional talent in Chief of Staff and/or administrative support roles. You know how to identify exceptional candidates, build relationships, and move searches forward efficiently.

Executive Office Experts

Perhaps you've served as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, Personal Assistant, or in another senior executive office role. You understand what excellence looks like in these positions and have a strong network within the profession.

You don't necessarily need recruiting experience—we're happy to teach our search process to professionals who deeply understand these roles.

What You'll Do

Depending on your experience, you may:

  • Source and identify exceptional candidates
  • Conduct outreach and initial conversations
  • Evaluate candidates against role requirements
  • Build talent pipelines for future searches
  • Partner with Prime consultants throughout the search process
  • Help us maintain an exceptional candidate experience

  • Experience in executive recruiting, executive search, talent acquisition, or senior Executive Office roles is preferred, but not required.
